Our client is a leading global investment bank with one of the largest client bases in the world. Responsibilities:
• Review requests for proper distribution to the documentation specialist
• Interpreting requests and meeting all deadlines
• Perform required research on JPM systems for associates to assess documentation requirements
• Provide administration support, tracking and reporting as required
• Perform scanning and indexing as well as back up the other documentation specialist for their scan/index responsibilities
• Complete special projects as required
Skills:
• Minimum 2-5 years banking experience as a contract associate
• Knowledge of corporate documentation, terminology, legal concepts and procedures
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organization skills
• Proven ability to independently identify, analyze and resolve issues
• Proven ability to follow up on assignments in a timely manner, exercise good judgement and work accurately under pressure
• Detailed orientated and thorough
• Ability to manage a very fast paced work environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Pay Rate: $16.75
