Our client is the U.S. consumer and commercial banking business of a leading global financial services firm with assets of $2.3 trillion and operations in more than 60 countries.  Global Commercial Card (GCC) is a high growth solutions product company within Card Services.  GCC offers corporate clients high-tech, electronic and innovative solutions to streamline their purchase and payment processes.  Our core products include solutions for travel and entertainment, purchasing, single use, and more. 


 


The Field Enablement and Business Analytics team, which is responsible for business level reporting, metrics, scorecards, strategic initiatives and trend analyses, is in need of a high energy, self-starting Analyst with expertise in SharePoint and processes documentation. 


 


In this Global Commercial Card Business Analyst role, you will be focused on managing key deliverables including process documentation and reporting needs for critical time sensitive projects.  You will be called upon to perform numerous responsibilities, including the following:




  • Design and document critical business processes along with process maps and flows for new or existing functions.


  • Revamp and manage the organic growth of SharePoint site based on the business needs and policies set by the Governance board. Develop custom SharePoint solutions including report conversion and development.


  • Leverage InfoPath in conjunction with Share Point.


  • Act as a Project Manager/Business Analyst for critical projects.


  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Access, and/or SQL Server is a strong plus.


  • Assist in the automation of various reporting and data management functions.


  • Using tools developed in this role, the analyst will assist management with strategic initiatives as well as execute tactical assignments as matters arise.

Qualifications of a successful candidate: 




  • The successful candidate will possess superior skills in process documentation, project management and advanced SharePoint skills.


  • Additionally, working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and/or SQL skills is preferred. 

Specific qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:




  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management


  • Superior written and verbal communication skills required with ability to influence at senior levels of internal and external organizations.


  • Advanced experience in using Share Point for reporting and development


  • Experience with InfoPath


  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and addressing issues in a timely manner ensuring least impact on project timelines and overall risk; organized, structured work style


  • Ability to lead small projects, possess intellectual curiosity, and be able to independently identify financial issues and partner with appropriate groups for resolution


  • Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access database skills


  • Experience with SQL programming or Visual Basic would be a strong plus


  • Working knowledge of management reporting tools


  • Strong problem solving ability


  • Highly organized as well as detailed and deadline oriented


  • Willingness to contribute in a team environment


  • Proven understanding of the Bank's systems, policies and processes.


  • High energy with the ability to adapt to fast paced and changing environment

 


Additional Details:

 


  • Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour

  • Hours:  Core hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM

  • Employment Type: long term contract
