Responsibilities
The ideal Technical Writer will be responsible for:
- Proper mapping of regulatory obligations to policy and process
- Remove procedures and strategy from policy documents
- Streamline Risk Policy inventory to 10-12 policies
- Centralize Risk Governance ownership of policies, easing audit/exam efforts
Required Skills
The ideal Technical Writer will possess:
- Experience with editing SOPs as well as utilizing workflow tools
- Banking and/or financial industry experience desired
- Excellent written communication skills, with emphasis on content management
- Must be focused, highly organized, and able to work within established deadlines.
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess a profession demeanor, self-confidence, and self-motivation
Additional Details
- Hours: Core hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Employment Type: open-ended contract with possible permanent employment conversion
