Job Description:
As member of the Global Contracts Management team, you will assist with controls of Treasury Services documentation and operating model. 
Responsibilities include data reporting, analysis and additional adhoc requests.

- Work with different internal databases/systems, extract and manipulate data
- Work with cross-LOB and Regional business partners to review documentation for completeness.
- Develop and manage controls to mitigate risk of non-adherence to documentation policy and/or governance.
- Ability to build and maintain Access databases
- Use of Business Objects to develop adhoc reporting
- Interact with IT, Legal, Risk, and Compliance

Qualifications:
- Undergrad degree in MIS/Finance/Accounting (experience in banking industry a  plus)
- Knowledge of corporate documentation, terminology, and legal concepts and procedures a plus
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
- Must have excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work within a global team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications - Excel, Access, Work, and PowerPoint
- Ability to meet deadlines, exercises good judgment and work accurately under pressure
- Some level of proficiency of Business Objects required
- Knowledge of VBA code preferred

Additional Details:
Pay Rate: $34.00 per hour
Hours:  Core hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Employment Type: contract
