• Responds to customer verbal and/ or written inquires
• Records details about customer inquires
• Help to resolve customer complaints
• Coordinate and expedite customer inquiries to other department for resolution

Skills:
• 2+ years experience preferred
• Professional attitude; able to ensure customer satisfaction, even when handling challenging issues by offering alternative solutions
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Flexible to work overtime
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Alpha and numeric data entry
