Job Description / Responsibilities Commercial Card seeks a New York City/Chicago-based product marketing and communications professional to provide strategic marketing for T&E business within Global Commercial Card. The role will work closely with the product and senior heads of T&E Product Management and will collaborate across segments, geographies, sales and multiple cross-functional groups. Position Description: -Engage with T&E-focused Sales, Segment, Product and Business Managers to understand team priorities and expansion plans to develop marketing strategies. -Build marketing plans to execute on marketing strategies, including developing appropriate value propositions and key messages. -Oversee execution of marketing tactics, including marketing collateral, advertising, promotions, new product launches, new business development activities, client events, interactive and client communications. -Partner across: 1.Card Services, Treasury Services, Global Corporate Bank and Commercial Bank Marketing colleagues, as appropriate, to ensure the delivery of integrated high quality deliverables and to share best practices; 2. Media Relations to generate positive public relations; and 3. Internal Communications to promote successes internally. -Build and manage program budgets to meet both business needs and marketing expense objectives. -Create measurements and metrics that report on ROI of marketing activities. -Lead cross-product initiatives that span Global Commercial Card J2WAF
Job Requirements
Required Experience / Skills -BA/MBA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related degree. -Minimum of 8 years recent experience in product marketing and communications field. -Prior experience in marketing strategy with direct exposure to execution of tactics in a Commercial Card Marketing environment, ideally in a global organization. -Demonstrated experience and results integrating marketing strategies and programs to support both a product focus, as well as enablement of both sales and segments. -Comfortable working and influencing in a matrix management organization structure. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability and experience managing external agencies and contractors. -Project management and planning expertise. -Advanced MS Excel and PPT Additional Details: •Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour •Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM •Employment type: contract •Limited medical and dental coverage for contractors and their families available immediately •Opportunities for professional growth.
