Responsibilities:
• Excellent attention to detail and is able to juggle a variety of tasks whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards of work & reliability
• Experienced within a busy, target orientated office environment
• Skilled in operating computer keyboard and other data entry device to enter data into computer
• Skilled in processing data with Excel, Access and other applications
• Experienced in handling sensitive information
• Accurately enter alphabetic, numeric or symbolic data from source documents into computer, along with following format displayed on screen
• Proven ability to compare data entered with source documents or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors
• Capability of deleting incorrectly entered data and also re-entering correct data
• Accurately compile, sort, and also verify accuracy of data to be entered within a spreadsheet
• Keep record of work completed
Skills:
• Customer Service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent computer skills with general knowledge of Excel, Word and Email
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work as a team player in a high volume environment
Additional Details:
• Pay Rate: $12.13 per hour
• Hours: Full Time
• Employment Type: Contract
